Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Operations

- Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, ordering, and fulfilment workflows.
- Manage high-value and complex supply chain transactions while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and compliance requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for supply chain-related queries and escalations.
- Drive timely resolution of operational issues within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, inventory levels, supplier performance, and operational metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on performance data.

2. Vendor & Supplier Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party partners.
- Manage supplier onboarding, catalog setup, vendor information, and contract adherence.
- Ensure supplier data is accurate, complete, and maintained within required timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed service and delivery expectations.
- Partner with suppliers and internal business teams to resolve complex issues and escalations.

3. Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Management

- Oversee the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
- Coordinate with business requestors, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Manage purchase orders, transactional data, supplier contracts, and related documentation through SCM/ERP platforms.
- Ensure procurement transactions comply with applicable taxation and regulatory requirements, including GST, withholding tax, and SEZ regulations, wherever applicable.

4. Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, automate, and optimize supply chain processes.




- Lead process improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps across upstream and downstream workflows.
- Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Conduct regular process reviews with business stakeholders and drive improvements in service quality and responsiveness.

5. Risk Management & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with organizational risk management policies and supply chain governance standards.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Monitor SLA adherence and address potential operational risks before they impact business delivery.
- Maintain awareness of relevant regulatory requirements and ensure supply chain activities remain compliant.

6. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, coach, and mentor junior team members in a rapid-paced environment.
- Identify skill and development needs within the team and support continuous learning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of complex issues and projects and work independently to deliver effective solutions.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach when handling challenging situations.

7. Stakeholder & Client Management

- Engage effectively with client leadership, senior managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate discussions, reviews, and issue-resolution meetings with key stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships and ensure effective communication across functions.
- Drive issues to closure while maintaining service quality and stakeholder confidence.
