- 8+ years in performance testing with 2+ years in lead role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define performance test strategy, scope, entry/exit criteria.
- Prepare effort estimation and resource planning.
- Design performance test plans and review scripts/scenarios.
- Lead execution cycles and ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct bottleneck analysis and performance tuning recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Dev, Infra, DB teams).
- Prepare and publish Daily/Weekly Status Reports.
- Drive defect triage meetings and ensure closure.
- Ensure compliance with BOI standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in LoadRunner scripting and execution.
- Solid knowledge of performance engineering concepts.
- Experience with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
Skill Requirements

- Leadership and stakeholder management.
- Risk identification and mitigation.
Other Requirements
Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain preferred.
- Knowledge of Payments systems (SWIFT, SEPA, ISO20022) is an advantage.

- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ensure all deliverables are compliant with BOI standards.
