Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function at our Head Office in Sector 62, Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations and ensure smooth financial processes.
- Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.
- Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, audit, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory requirements.
- Review and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general accounting.
- Prepare and review financial reports, MIS, and management reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses,



outstanding payments, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls and corrective measures.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CA/CS qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in managing and leading finance teams.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Tally/Tally Prime and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple financial activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
