About the Role
We are looking for energetic and confident Field Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bangalore . This is a field-heavy role where you will be visiting businesses and establishments in your assigned area daily, building relationships with local business owners, and onboarding them onto our platform. Full training will be provided on the product and pitch — we need someone with the right attitude and people skills.
What You Will Do
- Visit assigned businesses and establishments in your area daily
- Pitch our services to local business owners and decision makers
- Build rapport, explain perks, and get agreements signed
- Follow up with interested leads until closure
- Coordinate with the internal team after successful onboarding
- Maintain a daily visit and closure tracker
- Report daily activity to the team via WhatsApp
Who We Are Looking For
- Confident and outgoing — comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
- Local to Bangalore (Marathahalli / Kundalahalli / Whitefield area)
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence
- Kannada speaking preferred for Bangalore
- Any graduate — freshers welcome, full training provided
- Prior field sales experience in any industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, target driven, and reliable
What You Will Earn
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 fixed salary per month — paid on time

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Field based role — you work from your assigned area.
