Overseas Recruiter - Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Overseas Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team. The role involves handling candidate leads, understanding their career goals, explaining suitable overseas employment opportunities, and guiding them through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with leads interested in overseas employment opportunities.

- Understand candidates’ qualifications, experience, skills, and career preferences.

- Explain available overseas job opportunities, eligibility criteria, and recruitment processes clearly.

- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey and address their queries.

- Convert genuine leads into successful candidates through effective communication and follow-up.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and update lead status in the CRM/system.

- Coordinate with internal recruitment and documentation teams for smooth processing.





- Achieve assigned individual and team targets.

- Build a positive relationship with candidates and provide professional guidance.

- Follow company policies and maintain transparency throughout the recruitment process. Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive convincing and follow-up skills. - Ability to handle candidate queries professionally.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

- Candidates with experience in recruitment, telecalling, counselling, or customer relationship roles will be preferred.

Location Ekkatuthangal, Chennai Shift Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
