We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to handle end-to-end export operations, international client coordination, documentation, shipping, compliance, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete export order cycle from order receipt to final delivery.

- Handle export/import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BL/AWB, certificates, and related documents.

- Coordinate with international clients, freight forwarders, customs agents, shipping lines, and logistics partners.

- Monitor orders, shipments, delivery schedules, and resolve delays or documentation issues.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, HS codes, payment terms, and international trade requirements.





- Coordinate with banks and finance teams for export payments and related formalities.

- Maintain solid relationships with overseas customers and distributors.

- Support international marketing, trade exhibitions, and ATL/BTL promotional activities.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong knowledge of international trade procedures, export documentation, shipping processes, client management, and compliance, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Experience: 3–7 years in Export/Import, International Sales, or International Business
