About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, results-driven Estimation Engineer (Techno-Commercial) to lead our tendering, costing, and bidding strategies for Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) switchgear, RMU, VCB, CSS, and FRTU automation projects.
You will be the vital link connecting client specifications, engineering design, vendor pricing, and winning commercial bids.

Key Responsibilities

- RFQ & SLD Evaluation: Analyze client tender documents, single-line diagrams (SLDs), BOQs, and technical specifications to establish exact project scopes.
- Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation: Build accurate cost models for MV/LV switchgear, busbars, protection schemes, and component sizing.
- Techno-Commercial Proposals: Prepare complete, highly competitive technical compliance sheets, Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP), and deviation statements.
- Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation: Partner with procurement to secure optimal pricing for bought-out components,



relays, CTs/PTs, and specialized hardware.
- E-Tendering & Submissions: Manage portal submissions for state utilities and private clients, ensuring 100% compliance with strict deadlines.
- Handover & Discrepancy Control: Provide seamless handover to execution teams upon order award and manage design variation costings.

What We Are Looking For :

- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EEE / Electrical).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in estimation, costing, or tendering within switchgear, panel manufacturing, or power distribution sectors.
- Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on knowledge of RMU, VCB, LT/HT panels, protection relays, and FRTU systems.
- Excel & Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (costing templates, formulas), ERP systems (SAP/Tally), and basic AutoCAD reading skills.
- Commercial Acumen: Sharp analytical skills with a track record of minimizing cost variances and improving proposal win rates.
