We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team. The role involves understanding customers’ financial protection needs, recommending suitable insurance products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, and field activities.Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.Explain policy features, advantages, premiums, exclusions, and terms clearly to customers.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful policy sales.Assist customers with policy servicing, renewals, and basic queries.Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update sales activities.Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
