Irish House is lo0king for an Experienced Project manager to lead the successful, execution of current restarant opening moutlet renovation and reurbshment projects.
1. manage end to end execution of new outlet setup and renovation projects vendors.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time ,within budget and as per brand quality standards
3 Monitor projects timelines.. budgets site progress and quality through regular visit.
4. Pre pare projects reports and provide regular updates to managment,
5. Overseas Civil, Interior , MEP, Kitchen,and bar fit-out works .
6. Strong knowledge of restaurant construction and fit -outs.
Qualification Required - Bachelor degree in Civil/ Architecture,/ Interior Design, or related field.
Experience- Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in the restaurant, Hospitality , retail or commercial Fit-out industry.
Willing to travel for projects sites .
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
