Job Summary

SYS Developers is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor (Interior) with strong practical experience in interior fit-out execution and basic civil construction work. The candidate will assist the Site Engineer in supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating labour and contractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely execution as per approved drawings and instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily execution of interior fit-out works including false ceiling, flooring, painting, joinery, modular furniture, electrical, and plumbing.
- Assist in supervising basic civil works such as masonry, plastering, and finishing activities.
- Ensure workers and contractors execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
- Monitor daily progress and report site issues, material requirements, and delays to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Conduct routine quality and safety checks at the site.
- Assist in taking site measurements and verifying completed work before contractor billing.
- Coordinate with labour teams, contractors, vendors,



and material suppliers for smooth execution.
- Maintain site discipline, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
- Identify and promptly report site-related issues to the Site Engineer for resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials at the site.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- ITI candidates with strong relevant site experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of civil, interior, finishing, and fit-out works.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction and interior drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple labour and contractor teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on experience in interior execution and site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, finishing works, and site practices.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with labour, contractors, and vendors.
- Responsible, disciplined, and solution-oriented approach.
- Willing to work 6 days a week and travel to project locations as required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
