- Attend and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Handle billing and POS transactions.
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
- Manage stock and assist with inventory activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.
- Maintain good knowledge of products, offers, and new collections.
- Support the store team in smooth day-to-day operations.
