Dance Training & Instruction

- Plan and conduct dance classes for students across age groups.
- Train students in various dance forms (Classical / Folk / Western / Contemporary / Bollywood, as applicable).
- Focus on rhythm, expression, posture, coordination, and stage confidence.
- Choreograph age-appropriate and theme-based dance routines.

Annual Function & Major Events

- Lead choreography and rehearsals for Annual Function performances.
- Prepare performances for:
- National festivals
- School celebrations
- Inter-school competitions
- Cultural and special events
- Coordinate costumes, props, music editing, and stage positioning.
- Ensure discipline, synchronization, and performance quality during rehearsals and shows.

Cultural Performances & School Events

- Guide students for cultural assemblies and special presentations.
- Support house-wise, class-wise, and theme-based cultural activities.
- Encourage participation and talent development among students.

Social Media & Digital Content

- Plan and create trending dance reels for school social media platforms.
- Choreograph short-format performances suitable for Instagram / YouTube Shorts / Facebook Reels.
- Coordinate with the media team for recording, timing, and presentation.
- Ensure content is child-safe,



culturally appropriate, and aligned with school values.

Student Development & Engagement

- Motivate students and build confidence through stage exposure.
- Identify and nurture talented students for advanced performances.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and disciplined learning environment.

Collaboration & Professional Responsibilities

- Work closely with cultural coordinators, class teachers, and event teams.
- Participate in staff meetings, rehearsals, and training sessions.
- Assist in planning event schedules and rehearsal calendars.
- Maintain records of performances, practice schedules, and student participation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Formal training or certification in dance (any recognized form).
- Proven experience in choreography and stage performances.
- Knowledge of current dance trends and social media formats.
- Ability to work with students of different age groups.
- Strong creativity, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of music editing and performance staging is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
