Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to understand the customer needs and develop specific products to solve their problems and support delivery managers in client servicing

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Program Management, or ServiceNow Platform Management.




5+ years of hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementations and enhancements on modules like ITSM , ITOM, CSM, CMDB.
Experience delivering large-scale cloud transformation and enterprise automation programs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Protected, and DevOps methodologies.
