- Lead generation: Find potential customers through Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, marketplaces, databases, etc.
- Customer outreach: Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or social media.
- Follow-ups: Follow up with interested customers and maintain a pipeline.
- Order conversion: Explain products/offers and help turn enquiries into orders.
- Customer relationship: Answer basic product, pricing, delivery, and return questions.
- Sales reporting: Maintain Excel/Google Sheets with leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales.
- Competitor research: Check competitor pricing, offers, products, and sales strategies.
- Marketplace support: Depending on the company, assist with Flipkart/Meesho/Amazon orders and customer enquiries.
- Coordination: Work with marketing, operations, and customer-support teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
