- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain property projects, locations, pricing, offers, and facilities.
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule property/site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Convert enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
