- 1–3 years of experience in machine shop production/supervision.
- Practical knowledge of CNC Turning Centers and Machining Centers.
- Exposure to Conventional Machining.
- Basic knowledge of FANUC CNC controls.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, fixtures and machining parameters.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier, micrometer and bore gauge.
- Valuable communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage operators and work according to production targets.
- Knowledge of 5S and Kaizen will be an advantage.
- Basic MS Excel and production-reporting skills preferred.
