Aesthetica360 (Sector 33, Noida) is hiring a polished, high-energy Front Office Executive. We are looking for a confident skilled to lead our reception desk, manage patient relationships, and turn initial inquiries into loyal, long-term clients.

The Mission

- Front Desk Excellence: Serve as the face of the clinic, managing guest greetings, walk-ins, billing, and scheduling with a premium approach.
- Lead-to-Patient Conversion: Confidently call, engage, and follow up with digital leads/enquiries to successfully book them for consultations.
- Clinic Operations: Manage day-to-day data entry using CRM and clinic management software to keep appointments running perfectly on time.
- Feedback & Reviews: Build strong rapport with patients post-treatment to secure high-quality feedback and 5-star online reviews.

Requirements

- Industry Experience: Preferred 1–2 years of experience managing the front desk at a premium Aesthetic, Skin,



Hair, or Dental clinic.
- Software Savvy: Hands-on comfort working with CRM databases and medical/dental practice management software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
