•Act as a single point of contact for customers and provide a delightful experience to them throughout their purchase journey.•Assess and understand customer needs, facilitate the decision-making process on the model being considered, guide on finance options available and explain value-added services and their benefits.•Focus continuously on lead generation, efficient event planning by maximizing territory coverage and managing referrals.•Value and respect the customer’s time and treat customer’s data with utmost confidentiality.•Ensure all customer queries are answered in detail,



accurately & patiently and ensure customers understand processes being followed completely.•Ensure demonstration and test drive for all enquiries and home visits where required.•Strive to achieve sales and value-added services target as assigned by Team Leader•Diligently complete paperwork associated with all customer interactions. Ensure transparent communication of deal and document-related details.•Personally ensure delightful and timely delivery as per the commitment made to the customer.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
