Qualification: Diploma Mechanical , Electrial Or Gradute.

- Manage and resolve all customer service complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with clients and organize engineers for new machine installations.
- Allocate service engineers based on priority and requirement.
- Handle service team planning, monitoring, and work distribution.
- Verify service reports, expense submissions, and update data in ERP
- Maintain ERP entries including service complaints, machine erection, spares indent, PI,
- shipment, and delivery challan.
- Prepare daily MIS reports for service complaints and machine erection progress.




- Manage spares planning, sales, and coordination with the purchase team.
- Schedule and monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Follow up on payments and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Every Month Visit To Surat office Regarding Engineers performance and Spare
- stock Verification and Update.
- Communication with Purchase team and Vendor for Service Material update.
- Ensure smooth communication between service team, clients, and internal departments.
- Other Duties Perform given by Management and HOD .
- All Rules and Regulation of companies must be follow
