- Visit clients/customers at assigned locations.
- Collect and submit required documents, payments, or applications.
- Conduct field verification and inspections as required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow company policies and maintain accurate records.
