Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain hotel/resort public areas as per housekeeping standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, corridors, reception area, restaurants, walkways, elevators, staircases, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize public washrooms regularly and maintain proper hygiene standards.
- Ensure all public areas are clean, fresh, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing as required.
- Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness around waste collection points.
- Refill toiletries, tissues, hand wash, towels, and other guest supplies in public areas.
- Monitor public areas regularly and immediately attend to any cleanliness issues.
- Report maintenance problems such as damaged fixtures, lights, plumbing issues, or other defects to the concerned department.
- Assist the Housekeeping team with room cleaning and other housekeeping duties when required.
- Support housekeeping operations during high occupancy, events, and peak periods.




- Maintain cleanliness around resort facilities, including pool areas, pathways, gardens, and guest activity areas, as assigned.
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
- Maintain proper personal grooming, uniform, hygiene, and skilled conduct.
- Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, safety procedures, and environmental practices.
- Assist guests courteously when approached and direct them to the appropriate department when required.
- Report lost and found items immediately according to hotel policy.
- Maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisors, Engineering, F&B;, Front Office, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Complete daily cleaning checklists and assigned duties on time.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
