- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries.
- Explain SLIDO’s wardrobe sliding doors and interior solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and project details.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Schedule showroom visits, site visits, and customer meetings.
- Share product details, images, and catalogues through WhatsApp.
- Update customer information and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-focused.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
