Job Title: Business Growth Consultant

About the Role:
We are looking for a energetic Business Growth Consultant who can identify gaps in a client's market positioning and online presence, and pitch Webpulse's 360-degree Business Growth and Brand Reputation solutions. This role requires strong consultative selling skills — understanding a prospect's business, conducting quick audits, and presenting tailored growth opportunities rather than just selling a service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct brief audits of prospective clients' online presence, market positioning, and brand visibility
- Identify and articulate digital/brand gaps that may be causing clients to lose business to competitors
- Pitch Webpulse's services around website positioning, local SEO/Google Business Profile optimization, review management, and visibility expansion
- Present opportunities around brand-building — awards, media coverage, industry recognition, and trust-building content
- Highlight the importance of leadership/personal branding (owner/director visibility on Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, social media, podcasts, and news features)
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls (via Zoom/phone)



to walk prospects through identified gaps and a proposed growth roadmap
- Build rapport and trust with business owners/decision-makers to convert consultations into business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, branding, content, PR) to ensure proposed roadmaps are realistic and deliverable
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up systematically to drive conversions

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi and English) — confident, consultative, and persuasive
- Strong understanding of digital presence, branding, SEO basics, and online reputation management
- Prior experience in business development, consulting, or B2B sales (preferred)
- Ability to quickly analyze a business/website and identify improvement opportunities
- Confidence in engaging with business owners, directors, and senior decision-makers
- Self-driven with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, brand consulting, or B2B sales role

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
