About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **International Sales & Marketing Executive** to develop and manage B2B business for our diamond jewellery products across international markets.

The ideal candidate should have **hands-on experience in at least one of the following markets: USA, UK, Canada or Australia**, along with excellent English communication skills and a solid understanding of the diamond jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new **B2B clients, jewellery retailers, wholesalers and distributors** in international markets.

* Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references and other business-development channels.

* Handle international client communication through **email, WhatsApp, phone and video calls**.

* Present and promote the company's **diamond jewellery collections and products** to potential buyers.

* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with design, production and merchandising teams for quotations, samples and orders.

* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.

* Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, orders and payments.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.





* Support international marketing activities and develop recent business opportunities.

* Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.

* Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, clients and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

* **Experience:** 2–5 years in international/B2B jewellery sales or business development.

* **International Market Experience:** Minimum experience in **any ONE** of the following markets:

**USA / UK / Canada / Australia**

* Experience in **diamond jewellery** will be strongly preferred.

* B2B jewellery sales experience is essential.

* **Fluent English communication** – verbal and written.

* Strong negotiation, presentation and client-handling skills.

* Good knowledge of international jewellery customers and market requirements.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently.

* Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM/ERP systems.

Preferred

* Existing international jewellery buyer/client network.

* Experience dealing with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors or jewellery brands.

* Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and jewellery products.

* Experience in international exhibitions, trade shows or online B2B platforms.
