We are looking for a Jewellery CRM Executive to manage CRM activities, customer follow-ups, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update customer & lead data in CRM.
- Make customer calls and handle enquiries & follow-ups.
- Should have knowledge of jewellery products and designs.
- Distribute leads among the Sales Team and coordinate for timely action.
- Take follow-ups from the Sales Team and update lead status in CRM.
- Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales updates.

Requirements

- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- English, Hindi & Gujarati proficiency.
- Positive computer & CRM knowledge.
- Jewellery industry experience preferred.
