Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a remote sales team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hospital sales experience, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The role involves team management, business development, patient acquisition, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and business growth.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and target achievement.
- Conduct regular virtual meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare professionals, corporates, TPAs, and referral partners.




- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate reports using CRM systems.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to manage remote teams effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
