JOB DESCRIPTION – MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Designation: Maintenance Technician / Electrician / Fitter
Reports To: Maintenance Head / Plant Head

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and repair machines and equipment.
- Attend machine breakdowns and reduce downtime.
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance.
- Check electrical panels, motors, wiring, sensors, and other equipment.
- Handle basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance.
- Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.
- Support machine installation and shifting work when required.
- Coordinate with the Production Department for maintenance activities.
- Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.




- Report major breakdowns and maintenance requirements to the senior.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
- Basic knowledge of industrial machine maintenance.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Skills

- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Responsible and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
