Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients and their attendants regarding eye-related treatments and procedures
- Explain treatment options, procedures, and hospital services clearly
- Understand patient concerns and provide appropriate guidance
- Handle patient enquiries and follow up with prospective patients
- Coordinate with doctors and the concerned department
- Maintain patient records and follow-up details
- Achieve counselling and conversion targets
- Build positive relationships with patients and ensure a good experience
