We are expanding our team and are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter who can help us attract and hire top talent across operations, finance, procurement, e-commerce, and support functions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple vacancies simultaneously and possess robust communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish job postings on platforms such as Indeed, Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and other relevant job portals.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage hiring for positions including:
- Accountants
- MIS Executives
- Order Processing Executives
- E-commerce Executives
- Procurement Executives
- Operations Executives
- Customer Support Executives
- Warehouse & Logistics Staff
- Other administrative and business support roles




- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare offer letters and salary proposals.
- Complete employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Verify and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, employee engagement, and other HR administration activities when required.
- Assist management in workforce planning and hiring strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Experience hiring for operational, accounting, e-commerce, or back-office roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
