Job Description: Export Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and hands-on experience in dealing with international clients. Candidates from any export-oriented industry are welcome, provided they have relevant export sales and operations experience. Systematic Industries operates across international markets and exports its products to multiple countries.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end export sales and order execution, from enquiry to payment realization.
- Communicate and coordinate with international clients through email, telephone, and other communication channels.
- Conduct tele-calling and follow-ups with existing and prospective overseas customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Prepare, maintain, and verify all export-related documentation.
- Coordinate LC documentation, payment terms, and payment follow-ups with clients and internal finance teams.
- Plan and coordinate shipments, including coordination with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Inspection, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Arrange and coordinate pre-shipment inspections and customer inspections, wherever required.
- Monitor production and shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery commitments are met.
- Handle documentation related to dispatch, shipping, invoicing, and export compliance.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs,



and customer meetings as required.
- Be willing to undertake overseas travel for exhibitions, customer visits, and business development activities.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, orders, shipments, customer communication, and payments.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Key Skills & Requirements

- 25 years of experience in Export Sales / Export Operations.
- Experience in handling international clients is mandatory.
- Candidates from any export-oriented company/industry may apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience in export documentation and shipment processes.
- Good understanding of LC documentation, payment processes, shipment planning, and inspections.
- Strong coordination skills with Production, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and other internal departments.
- Comfortable with tele-calling and business development activities.
- Experience in participating in international exhibitions will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel overseas when required.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple orders and clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
