Job Title: Planning & Billing Engineer
Experience: 15+ Years

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare project planning, schedules, and work programs.
- Monitor project progress against planned targets.
- Prepare RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and measurements.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with site, QS, commercial, and project teams.
- Track material, labour, and project costs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor project variations, extra items, and claims.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for billing approvals.
- Ensure timely completion of billing and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction Planning & Billing.
- Excellent knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project/Primavera.
- Valuable knowledge of project monitoring and cost control.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
