Job Description – Patient Relative Executive

Yenepoya Nursing Home is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Patient Relative Executive to support patients and their families during their hospital experience. The candidate will act as a communication bridge between hospital staff and patient attendants, ensuring smooth coordination and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to patient relatives and guide them regarding hospital procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and billing departments for updates and support.
- Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and room allocations.
- Handle queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain a calm and professional approach in emergency situations.
- Support front office and patient care teams as required.
- Ensure patient relatives are informed about visiting policies and hospital services.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification:



Any Degree ( Preferably BHA )
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Ability to handle patients and relatives with empathy and patience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹13,000 per month
