Webomindapps is looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO & Digital Marketing Lead to drive organic growth, e-commerce performance, search visibility, and overall digital marketing outcomes.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), e-commerce marketing, performance marketing, and digital strategy, along with proven experience in managing multiple projects and leading teams.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and Digital Marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage SEO and digital marketing teams.
- Handle multiple brands, websites, and client projects simultaneously.
- Plan and implement SEO strategies across on-page, technical, off-page, and e-commerce SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms.
- Build content strategies based on search intent, user behavior, and business objectives.
- Plan and optimize e-commerce advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Merchant Center.
- Track and analyze performance metrics including traffic, conversions, leads, and ROI.
- Use tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Tag Manager for analysis and reporting.
- Identify and resolve SEO and website performance issues.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and AI-driven search trends.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, UI/UX, Development, and Business teams for execution.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with management.
- Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions for client projects.
- Ensure timely delivery and achievement of marketing objectives.

Required Skills





- Strong hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Good understanding of AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search.
- Experience in e-commerce SEO and e-commerce advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner, and GTM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of relevant experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Agency experience handling multiple clients/projects is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing multiple digital marketing projects.
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing and advertising.
- Experience with AEO, GEO, and AI search optimization.
- Experience in leading SEO/digital marketing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling client/project challenges.
- Proven track record of improving organic visibility, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with execution focus.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of owning end-to-end digital marketing initiatives.
