About the Role

ACS Consultants is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of hands-on experience specifically in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have successfully handled end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of candidate closures and placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other channels.
- Understand IT job descriptions, technical requirements, and relevant skill sets.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate pipelines, interview status, and closure data.
- Meet monthly recruitment and closure targets.
- Build and maintain a solid database of IT candidates.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years of proven experience in IT Recruitment.
- Must have handled technical/IT roles such as Software Developer, Java Developer, .NET Developer, Python Developer, Data Analyst, DevOps, QA/Testing, Cloud, IT Support, etc.
- Strong understanding of IT skills,



technologies, job roles, and technical terminology.
- Ability to independently understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience working with recruitment targets and deadlines.

Important Requirement

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their recruitment performance, including:

- Number of IT positions handled
- Number of candidates closed/placed
- Monthly or quarterly closure numbers
- Types of IT roles successfully closed
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously

Candidates without hands-on IT recruitment experience will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For

A recruiter who can understand IT roles, source effectively, and deliver measurable closures rather than someone with only general recruitment experience.
