Global Skin Care – Dermatology Clinic is looking for a pleasant, confident, and sales-oriented Receptionist who can provide excellent patient interaction while actively contributing to appointment bookings, walk-ins, and the growth of our aesthetic skin and hair treatment services.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with patients, handling phone calls, following up with leads, and confidently introducing suitable skin and hair treatments to patients and walk-in visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls professionally and respond to patient enquiries.
- Make outgoing calls to leads, existing patients, and enquiries.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed appointments.
- Proactively work towards increasing appointment bookings and walk-ins.
- Welcome patients and walk-in visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Maintain pleasant and positive communication with patients at all times.
- Understand patient requirements and appropriately introduce/promote relevant aesthetic skin and hair treatments.
- Have a sales mindset and confidently communicate treatment benefits without being pushy.
- Convert walk-in enquiries into consultations and treatment opportunities.
- Follow up with patients who have shown interest but have not yet booked.




- Maintain accurate appointment schedules and coordinate smoothly with doctors and clinic staff.
- Take responsibility for generating more walk-ins, more appointments, and better patient conversions.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk environment.

Candidate Profile

- Tamil communication is mandatory.
- Good spoken English is preferred.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with patients over the phone and in person.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of appointment and walk-in generation.
- Prior experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic clinic, beauty/wellness centre, hospital, front office, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales attitude may also be considered.
