Key Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day printing production activities and ensure smooth machine operations.
- Plan production as per customer requirements and production schedules.
- Supervise and manage printing operators, helpers, and other production staff.
- Monitor printing quality, colour matching, registration, ink viscosity, and print accuracy.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimize production downtime.
- Handle machine setup, job changeover, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Ensure proper control of inks, solvents, printing cylinders/plates, and other consumables.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Monitor and reduce wastage, rejection, and material consumption.
- Maintain production reports, shift records, downtime reports, and other MIS.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Train and guide operators to improve productivity and printing quality.




- Identify process problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Benefits & Relocation Package

The company will provide the following benefits to the selected candidate:

- Total Relocation Allowance: USD 500 per month, as an estimated relocation support amount provided by the company.
- Food Allowance: USD 250 per month.
- Rent/Accommodation Allowance: USD 250 per month. The candidate's eligible rent/accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
- Employment Type: Permanent Role.
- Job Location: Tema, Ghana, Africa.
- Air Ticket: The company will bear the cost of the candidate's air ticket for travel/joining to Ghana
