We are looking for a Student Enrollment & Growth Executive who can manage student enquiries, guide parents towards suitable learning solutions, convert enquiries into enrolments, and coordinate the matching of students with suitable tutors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good Malayalam and English communication ability
- Persuasive but professional approach to sales
- Good listening and requirement-analysis skills
- Basic knowledge of school education and tuition services
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups systematically
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel and WhatsApp
