​Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in Piling, Road Construction, and Irrigation infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will manage heavy civil engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring structural integrity, strict quality control, site safety, and timely delivery within budget.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Supervise and manage large-scale infrastructure projects including foundation piling, road networks, and irrigation systems (canals, dams, pipelines).
- ​Oversee site preparation, deep foundation work, rig operations, and structural pile testing (Integrity & Load Tests).
- ​Execute earthwork, embankment, paving, asphalt/concrete road construction, and drainage integration.
- ​Manage canal lining, hydraulic structures, earthwork excavation, and water supply pipeline installation for irrigation networks.
- ​Review and approve structural drawings, BOQs, billing estimates, and technical specifications.
- ​Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, earthmoving contractors, and subcontractors.
- ​Monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and progress using scheduling tools.




- ​Implement QA/QC procedures and strict safety protocols across all site operations.

​Required Qualifications & Experience

- ​B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E. / M.Tech in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering preferred).
- ​10+ years of core execution experience specifically in Piling, Highway/Road Works, and Irrigation projects.
- ​In-depth practical knowledge of geotechnical engineering, pavement design, soil mechanics, and hydraulics.
- ​Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera P6, STAAD Pro, and MS Office.
- ​Strong leadership, site management, and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
