We're looking for a mid-level Digital Marketer with 2 years of hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns. You'll own performance marketing across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads — from strategy to execution to reporting.

What you'll do:

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
- Monitor budgets, bids, and spend to hit ROAS/CPA targets
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copy
- Track and report on key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate)
- Work with the creative team to brief and improve ad assets
- Manage pixel/conversion tracking and troubleshoot data issues
- Analyze campaign data to find what's working and cut what isn't

What you need:

- 2 years running paid campaigns (Meta and/or Google Ads required)




- Comfortable reading data and making decisions from it, not just gut feel
- Experience with campaign structuring, budget allocation, and bid strategies
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking (Pixel/CAPI, GA4, UTM tagging)
- Solid communication skills — you'll need to explain performance to non-marketers

Nice to have:

- Experience with landing page optimization or CRO
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Merchant centre, etc.)
- E-commerce or lead-gen industry background

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
