- Make Outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle Customer Inquiries professionally.
- Generate Leads and Build Strong Relationships.
- Followup on leads and make accurate records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirement:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling or a similar role.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office and CRM (prefferred).
- Strong Interpersonal and Convincing Skills.
- Positive Attitude and Willingness to learn.
