We are looking for Business Development / Marketing Trainees for Construction Industry based at Ghaziabad.

- The candidate will be responsible for identifying upcoming construction opportunities, tracking new industrial and institutional projects, sourcing project information from online/ offline platforms through various government, private and Construction/project information portals and supporting the business team in converting identified opportunities into new projects.
- Collect data of new upcoming projects , manufacturing facilities, warehouses, factories, commercial developments, institutional buildings and other large upcoming construction projects across India.
- Prepare daily/weekly project prospect reports for the management/business development team.
- Arrange initial introductions/meetings with prospective clients, consultants, architects, PMCs and contractors. We are looking for a candidates who are:
- MBA - Marketing with good communication skill in English
- Good Knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
