About the Role

Qubis Design Studio is looking for a Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive who can turn our raw project videos, site footage, photographs, renders, and design work into engaging content that increases our brand visibility, social media reach, and qualified business enquiries.

This is not a conventional content-creation role. We are looking for someone who understands that content should ultimately contribute to brand growth and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert raw videos, site footage, project photographs, renders, and design material into Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, and other social media content.
- Independently edit and produce content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop content around architecture, interiors, construction, project execution, materials, site progress, design processes, and completed projects.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Manage and grow Qubis Design Studio's social media presence with a focus on organic reach, engagement, followers, and enquiries.
- Run and manage Meta campaigns and understand audience targeting, creatives, lead generation, campaign performance and basic optimisation.
- Understand LinkedIn marketing, including company-page growth, content strategy, audience building and lead generation.




- Analyse social media insights and campaign data and continuously improve content based on performance.
- Identify trends, formats, hooks and content opportunities relevant to the architecture, interior and construction industry.
- Coordinate with architects, designers and project teams to collect content from ongoing projects and site activities.
- Support business development and lead generation through social media, digital outreach and relevant industry networking.
- Assist in identifying potential clients, brands, builders, developers and commercial opportunities through digital platforms.
- Maintain a database/record of leads generated through digital marketing and coordinate with the business development team for follow-ups.
- Support the company in building a strong and credible digital presence among clients, developers, retail brands and businesses.

What We Are Looking For

- Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Good video editing skills and the ability to create engaging content from raw footage, rather than relying only on ready-made templates.
- Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro/Photoshop or similar tools.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and understanding of paid campaigns.




- Understanding of LinkedIn marketing and organic growth.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content hooks, engagement and analytics.
- Good communication skills and confidence in coordinating with the internal team.
- A proactive individual who can take ownership rather than wait for content to be assigned.
- Interest in architecture, interiors, construction, design, real estate or related industries will be an advantage.
- Willingness to participate in business development and lead-generation activities.
