Key Responsibilities

* Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.

* Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue and productivity targets.

* Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.

* Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.

* Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and company policies.

* Track key performance metrics such as conversion, productivity, revenue, attendance, and attrition.

* Coordinate with Training, Quality, HR, and Operations teams for smooth process functioning.

* Handle escalations and resolve customer/team-related issues effectively.

* Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management.

* Motivate the team and maintain a positive,



target-oriented work setting.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in BPO Sales.

* Prior experience as Assistant Manager / Team Leader in a sales process preferred.

* Strong team management and leadership skills.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Good knowledge of sales metrics and performance management.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Willingness to join immediately.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
