Job Description : Digital Marketing Manager

A digital marketing manager plans, executes, and oversees online marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate customer leads. They manage digital channels like SEO, social media, paid ads, and email, while analyzing performance metrics to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Campaigns: Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid ads.
- Data & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure ROI, and use tools like Google Analytics to optimize performance.
- Content & Web Management: Supervise content creation, landing page optimization, and overall user experience.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with outside agencies or internal teams.
- Trend Monitoring: Research digital trends and emerging technologies to keep strategies competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.




- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or advertising roles.
- Robust working knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRM tools, PPC campaigns, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with design and content platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Suite).
