We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Floor Manager to manage showroom/floor operations, support the sales team, handle customer interactions, and drive sales of earthmoving, construction, and mining equipment.

Required Skills

- Strong workshop and team management skills.
- Good technical knowledge of earthmoving, construction, and mining equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and engine systems.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple repair jobs and technicians simultaneously.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and workshop/service management software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily workshop/floor operations and technician activities.
- Allocate and monitor repair, service, and maintenance jobs.




- Ensure timely completion and delivery of machines.
- Supervise troubleshooting and repair of earthmoving, construction, and mining equipment.
- Coordinate with Service Manager, Parts, and customers.
- Check repair quality and conduct final machine inspection.
- Monitor job cards, pending jobs, technician productivity, and workshop efficiency.
- Ensure proper tools, spare parts, safety, and workshop housekeeping.
- Handle technical issues and escalate major problems when required.
- Maintain service reports, job cards, and daily workshop performance reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
