About the Role Edlumina Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our education-focused team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting educational programs and services, generating leads, counselling prospective students/parents, and contributing to student enrolment and business growth. Key Responsibilities - Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, campaigns, and other channels. - Connect with students, parents, and educational institutions to understand their requirements. - Explain Edlumina’s educational programs, courses, and services to prospective students. - Counsel and guide students/parents regarding suitable courses and learning opportunities. - Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions/enrolments.



- Achieve monthly admission and business development targets. - Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and institutional clients. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the education sector. - Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries, and conversions. - Coordinate with the counselling, marketing, and academic teams for smooth student onboarding. - Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and enrolment performance.
