Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in marketing IT consultants, building strong relationships with vendors and clients, and closing deals in the US staffing market.

Responsibilities:
Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and US Citizens) with direct clients and preferred vendors.
Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consulting firms for consistent placement opportunities.
Maintain a database of potential vendors and clients, ensuring constant communication.
Negotiate rates and finalize contracts in line with company policies.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients, and close positions quickly.




Stay updated on market trends and requirements to effectively market bench resources.

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 year of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Strong knowledge of US staffing processes, visa classifications, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Flexibility to work US business hours (Night Shift).
