Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, document drafting, email communications, and data management. The ideal candidate will hold a valid diploma (DCA or PGDCA), possess strong written English skills, and have advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Email Communication: Draft, format, and send explicit, professional emails to internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Document Management: Prepare and format reports, letters, and documentation using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Enter, update, and maintain database records accurately while ensuring data integrity.
- System Operations: Perform daily system checks, data backup operations, and basic troubleshooting of hardware/software issues.
- Administrative Support:



Assist management with scheduling, digital filing, and administrative correspondence.

Key Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline or Higher Secondary pass out.
- Mandatory Certification: Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA).
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook).
- Language & Communication: Excellent written English skills, with a focus on professional email etiquette and draft precision.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35–40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with valid DCA/PGDCA are welcome to apply).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
