Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphics Designer to join our printing company. The candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and preparing professional artwork for various printing and branding requirements.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, along with a good understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, flex, sign boards, stickers, labels, certificates, invitations, packaging, promotional materials, and other print products.
- Prepare artwork according to the required size, resolution, color mode, bleed, margins, and printing specifications.
- Convert customer ideas and requirements into qualified designs.
- Make corrections and modifications based on customer feedback.
- Prepare print-ready files for digital, offset, and large-format printing.
- Handle artwork for branding materials, corporate stationery, promotional products, and customized printing.
- Check designs carefully for spelling, alignment, colors, dimensions, and other printing errors before production.
- Coordinate with the printing and production team to ensure designs are suitable for printing.




- Manage multiple projects and complete designs within deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files and follow proper file-naming and artwork standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of CMYK, RGB, bleed, crop marks, vector and raster files.
- Knowledge of printing processes and pre-press preparation.
- Good understanding of typography, color combinations, layout, and visual composition.
- Ability to work with different print sizes and formats.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in a printing press, advertising agency, signage company, or design studio is preferred.
- Experience with digital printing, offset printing, sublimation, UV printing, and large-format printing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in print production and customer-based design work will be preferred.
