Job Title: Electrician – Textile Industry

Department: Engineering & Maintenance
Location: Textile Manufacturing Unit
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Qualification: ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Industry Preference: Textile Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Garment, or Textile Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of textile machinery and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines such as Airjet Looms, Sizing Machines, Compressors, Humidification Plants, DG Sets, and Utility Equipment.
- Attend machine breakdowns promptly and minimize production downtime.
- Maintain electrical panels, MCCs, VFDs, motors, switchgear, control circuits, and lighting systems.
- Carry out motor rewinding coordination, cable laying, and machine wiring activities.
- Monitor and maintain power distribution systems and ensure uninterrupted power supply.
- Inspect transformers, capacitor banks, generators, and electrical installations.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Support installation and commissioning of current machinery and equipment.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with control panels, motors, contactors, relays, sensors, and VFD drives.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with textile manufacturing machinery and utilities.
- Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Textile Weaving, Spinning, Processing, or Garment Manufacturing Units.
- Exposure to Toyota Airjet Looms, Humidification Systems, Compressors, DG Sets, and Utility Maintenance.
- Knowledge of energy-saving practices and electrical safety procedures.

Experience Range: 3 to 8 Years
Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.83 - ₹28,000.35 per month
